My Tupperware Journey

Edit Posted by with No comments
I grew up having a bunch of Tupperware at home. I never really appreciated it until now that I became a mother. It's actually very useful especially in storing ingredients, fruits, foods and of course, my daughter's snack at school. I love that they have added new trendy colors now but it is always out of stock because it's really cool.

I've always wanted to join Tupperware but I always have something important to go or do whenever I remember going there to sign-up. LOL!

Fast forward, after a year, I finally had the chance to join Tupperware Brands here in Davao City. I got so excited to know that one of the Starter Kit is the Speedy Chopper! I've always wanted to have one and I am so happy that I got it at a really low price by joining Tupperware Brands Philippines.

The Speedy Chopper Set is really helpful every time we prepare our meals. It is easy to use and quite fun too, you can chop different herbs and small vegetables in just a few seconds! I was really amazed by this product and I am so happy because it means, 'no more tears' every time I'm chopping onions. ;)

You can also make instant dips, sauces and purees with just 10 pulls of the cord. Saves us time to prepare our meals.

Here's a video of me while Unboxing the Speedy Chopper Kit... :)

I really love their products because I have witnessed how long lasting the Tupperware products are. We have Tupperware items since the 90's and some of it are still with us, some have chipped and the others may have faded their colors but it's still usable. :)

I started My Tupperware Journey because I believe in the quality of their products. I am always excited to see their new items every month. Thank God, I have supportive Mommy friends who also loves Tupperware and gives me the opportunity to earn by selling their great products... :)

Healthy Together with United Home

Edit Posted by with No comments
Taking vitamins everyday can help boost our immune system and prevent us from getting sick easily, especially now that it's rainy season once again and sometimes our weather is really unpredictable, one minute it's so hot and the next minute it's already raining hard.

The 'ber months is here once again and usually a lot of people gets cough and colds during these months. So, it's best to take Vitamin C everyday to increase our body's resistance and prevent ourselves from easily getting sick caused by viruses.

United Home Ceetab Premium is non acidic unlike other Vitamin C's, with a formulation of 568.18mg sodium ascorbate and it's available in 10 blister packs x 10 capsules. It's also great for prevention and treatment of Vitamin C deficiency.

For my daughter, we let her have Ceelin Plus to shield her from harmful viruses.

Although, there are times that we tend to be so consumed with work and that we don't have time to exercise regularly and take vitamins or supplements that our bodies needed most. And when the cough strikes, it's good to have the United Home Broncho for the relief of cough characterized by excessive or sticky sputum or phlegm. It also help treat respiratory tract disorders such as acute or chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

For fever, it's a must have to take he United Home Fevertab, it has 500mg Paracetamol that helps in the reduction of fever and also eases minor aches and pains.

As busy parents, we usually sleep late working for our home-based business and online jobs. To fight of anemia and have a healthy blood, the United Home Fersulfate PLUS+ is perfect for us. This is also great especially for bloggers and work at home moms who works in the wee hours. Fersulfate PLUS+ has 300mg Ferrous Sulfate and 250mcg Folic Acid which is also good for pregnant women. I used to take a Ferrous Sulfate with Folic Acid when I was pregnant, it is one of the essential vitamins during pregnancy.
Taking care of our health is one of the most important thing we can do for ourselves and by taking the proper vitamins and minerals that our body needs, we can fulfill our daily tasks and achieve our life goals in good health with the help of United Home's affordable and effective products.

Congratulations, Myskin Origins!

We had a SPArty just this week at My Skin Origins with some of the the Davao Bloggers Society members and we really had a great time.

It was my first time with them but I didn't feel uneasy. I'm not used to having facial treatments but they make me feel relaxed and there's this assuring feeling that everything's gonna be alright, thanks to their friendly staff whose name is also Jen. :)

Here's  a video that I made during during the facial treatment and foot spa with pedicure...

I actually feel sleepy and relaxed during the facial treatment especially during the steaming part where I almost dozed off. After I tried their Ultra Cleansing Repair Facial, I can feel my face feels lighter, brighter, clean and smooth. I can see the difference immediately, actually, my hubby noticed it right away... ;) My Mommy and Lola friends at AdDU noticed it too and was eager to try their services. And as expected, they also loved the results. :)

Aside from their facial treatments, they also offer Hand and Foot Care services.

ASUS Zenfone 4 Series Launch and Live Stream Party

Edit Posted by with No comments
I love ASUS and been wanting to have one of the Zenfone series since the launch of Zenfone Max, which I had blogged about in my previous post, ASUS Zenfone Max. Two- months ago, I finally had my own Zenfone 3 Max and I'm very satisfied and so fascinated with it's features, most especially it's long lasting battery.

So, when I heard about the ASUS Zenfone 4 Series Launch and Live Stream Party in Davao City, I got excited and I am happy that I was able to join this event.

Everyone participated in the games and activities that the ASUS PH Team organized. We really had a great time playing and meeting other Zenfans and Bloggers before the Zenfone 4 Live Stream Viewing.

We are so lucky to have a chance to check and try the new series of Zenfone 4 at the event.

Zenfone 4 Max, Zenfone 4 Selfie and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro
I am so in love with the new Zenfone 4 Series, but my personal favorite is the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max! What I love about the Zenfone 4 Max is its exceptional battery life, I've already experienced using a Zenfone Max with 4100mAh, so having a 5000mAh is way much better! I rarely do selfies but I love taking pictures of different subjects and scenes and with the Zenfone 4 Max's dual lens, I know I can capture beautiful shots.

By the way, if you've been following me on Instagram (@insomiah), you can see the photos that I take using ASUS Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 using the hashtags #CaptureByZ3N and #photomiahgraphy. ;)

    Mom's Day Out

Edit Posted by with No comments
Being a wife and a mom juggling between different tasks at home and other activities outside can be physically and emotionally exhausting, most especially if you don't have a housemaid.

When I became a Mom, I rarely had a "Me Time" and sometimes it can't be considered a "Me Time" because I'm still with my daughter whenever I go out. Having a good massage is what every mother would want to have after all the tedious tasks we've been doing at home or at work. My most favorite "Me Time" is having a massage at my favorite spa, which is just  block away from where we live before in Obrero. I always avail their "Pinoy Hilot" at Elysia Wellness Spa. ;)

I was delighted when I learned that Sun Life Philippines will be having a Mom's Day Out event. I got excited because who doesn't want to have a Mom Day's Out? ;) It turned out to be a fun day for us Moms because we get to have a relaxing massage courtesy of Elysia Wellness Spa and most importantly, we get to learn more about parenting and balanced motherhood from Michele Alignay, a Family Life Specialist, Registered Psychologist and Registered Guidance Counselor.

Finding balance in raising our kids while keeping your sanity and keeping your cool is quite difficult and challenging. "A well-balanced mom has more to give her family", I totally agree with this... But it is easier said than done. So, we have to work on our "wants", "should" and "capacities", instead of having a rule that covers all situations all the time, choose to pick within the situation and you'll never be out of balance.

Thanks to our speaker, Ms. Michele Alignay for sharing her tips and experiences that taught us how and why we need to balance, re-balance and recharge our life.

Sun Life Mindanao Cluster Head Mylene Almonte, talks about planning for our children's education for their brighter future through "MyFuture Fund". Everyone of us were surprised to see how much the tuition fee will cost by the time our children would enter college and we're talking about millions here. Wow... My daughter is still in kindergarten now and I can't imagine if our savings and earnings will be enough when that time comes. This is where MyFuture Fund can help us, it would be a great tool in helping us achieve our goal in preparing a college fund for our children.

To achieve our children's dreams, we need to plan ahead, save and invest for the college education of our children. Here's Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo's video on Sun Life's MyFuture Fund

For more information on MyFuture Fund, visit www.sunlife.com.ph or call 849-9888. You can also visit their Facebook Page at Sunlife Financial Philippines and Instagram account at @sunlifeph

Here's an inspiring short video by Sun Life Philippines for all the moms out there who are wondering if they're doing the right thing for their kids...

Thank you, Sun Life Philippines for letting us have a stress-free day with other Moms. I enjoyed and learn a lot on motherhood, parenting, self-care and money management... :)
